Speed has never been cheaper, or easier to mistake for safety. AI-assisted development ships in days what used to take months. It also hides its risks just as fast: permissive auth, leaked secrets, dependencies nobody chose deliberately. All of it works in the demo, butt fails when an attacker, an auditor or an enterprise customer looks close enough.

We audit the codebase the way an attacker and an acquirer would, fix what we find, and verify every fix against the finding it closes. What you get is a codebase you can defend to customers, to investors, and to your own future team.

How we work

How an engagement runs.

Three phases, each one ending with something concrete in your hands. Each one your decision to continue.

Phase 01
Assess

We start by understanding what you're building and what stands in the way. Then with your help scope and prioritize the product: what ships first, what waits, and which early decisions would be expensive to reverse. The senior engineers who run the assessment are the ones who will build.

Deliverable: A written proposal with defined outcome, price, and date.
Phase 02
Build

Delivery runs in short cycles, with working software in your hands from the first weeks. First delivery averages two weeks after assessment. Verification runs inside the loop, not as a phase at the end, and you always know what's done, what's next, and which decisions are waiting on you.

Deliverable: A product real users can use, in a codebase any competent team can run.
Phase 03
Run

After launch we keep the product healthy while you grow it: monitoring, fixes, and the changes real usage demands. Standard tooling and documented decisions mean handover stays a choice, not a project. Stay because it works, never because leaving is expensive.
